It’s 60 Day Challenge time! Are you ready?
It’s so easy to make our fitness and wellness goals, get a plan and be a bit overambitious and fizzle out, or even with what seems like a “doable” plan, life can get in the way of our best intentions!
Here are options for support during the 60 Day Challenge–whether you are “officially” doing the Challenge or not!
T-Tapp Forums–lots of great information there!
T-Tapp Support on Facebook– truly lots of encouragement and support! Great place to learn as well
In addition to the Forums and Facebook groups, I am offering the following programs and services to help you with your form and consistency:
Consistency Challenge— 21 day jumpstart into your Challenge goals! Focusing especially on 5 key areas to build momentum that will keep going through the Challenge
Fabulous Form Tips–yes, they’re BACK! Same tips that I offered for Cyber Weekend and I’ve added tips for Turn Back Time! There are 7 individual tips and then sets of 4 Bonus Focus tips for each of 6 workouts–Basic Tempo, MORE, Healthy Hormones, Senior Fit, LadyBug and Turn Back Time. Bonus Focus tips are what I share each week in my online program, Beautiful YOU. I take one move each week and really break it down into 3-5 tips (7 for T-Tapp Twist on Turn Back Time!). This is like a master class on one move! Each set will have tips for 4 moves (LadyBug has 5). There are lots of options, including the mp3 of the teleconference call I do for the workout with my class. I talk you through several moves of the workout (different moves than the Bonus Focus moves), and again, this is master class level. WARNING! You WILL sweat! 🙂 If you want to take form up a notch for better muscle activation–and better results–this is the option for you!
Small Steps to Success— Gentle encouragement and small steps from a foundation of workouts and then layering other good habits, one at a time, to create solid patterns of consistency in 5 key areas as well, but adding in one at a time to reduce overwhelm. This program will go 2 weeks beyond the end of the Challenge to help you keep your consistency going even after the Challenge!

I am 36 yrs. old and have a seven month old baby (breastfed) along with four others between the ages of 3 and 9. I had graves disease at 18, since then no longer have a thyroid and must take synthetic hormone due to having radioactive iodine treatment. It is normal for my thyroid levels to fluctuate during pregnancy/breastfeeding so I don’t always feel so well during this time. I was delighted when a friend told me about t-tapp 4 months ago! I am about 25 pounds overweight, tired of course, and gain/bloat easily and carry the excess almost exclusively around my belly! My question is, after starting t-tapp 3 months ago, bwo+ with oip/hf, I am sooooo tired I can hardly function. WHAT am I doing wrong?? I did every day for a while, now only 3 days a week or so, and the tiredness is extreme. I recently couldn’t keep up with my workout schedule due to life’s busyness and being tired, but as the week went by I noticed my energy levels returning (good) while unfortuntely the 8 1/2 inches I had lost in three months felt like they were returning, especially around my stomach (not good)! I had hoped of course for a more dramatic inch loss but I was happy with this since a lot of it was from my stomach area! I really want this to work for me. I notice improvement in stiffness, headaches, etc. when I do it so I still feel like I can’t go more than a few days without doing the workout for this reason alone. Any thoughts will be much appreciated, it seems to me there must be a “key” I’m missing because her program seems so solid!
It sounds like the lack of thyroid has also caused some adrenal issues. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are precious times, but when our hormones aren’t optimal, it can be a stress on our bodies. Plus having littles in general is fun but stressful! I remember those times! 🙂 Since you purchased my e-book, I would go to the schedules for those with adrenal issues. Even doing 3 moves per day can yield results! You can also do a lot of the moves in a chair–I loved MORE for this because it was slower paced and had a chair workout on it! But you can do it with Basic. Have you read my blog post about how to work through Basic? You’d want to take just a few moves at a time to not overtax your adrenals. Think of this as your rehab program, rebuilding from the inside out. And yes, you WILL lose inches! The key is to find your “sweet spot”–enough movement to help the body to heal and help get hormones on track but not too much to crash and burn.
Hope that is helpful! Here is the link to the post about Basic Workout:
