I just held a free 5-Day Challenge and the response was HUGE! So many of us have succumbed to the stress and craziness of this year with our fitness
goals getting pushed off the to-do list. But that only makes us feel sluggish and..well..not comfortable in our own skin. I want to help you get and keep
that momentum going in short, doable workouts and tips that you can do even in the midst of the craziness in life.
What does the 10-Day Mindset & Movement Challenge consist of?
5 seated & 5 standing workouts of 10-ish minutes each (and check-in for accountability)
Healthy Habit Tip (water, core focuses, pampering, healthy snack ideas, etc.)
Daily encouragement video & mindset tip

TWO Zoom calls! One to kick off the Challenge and one to CELEBRATE at the end!
Even better–you don’t have to do this alone!
You’ll be part of a private Facebook group with others taking this challenge and I will be in there daily as well, answering your questions and cheering you on as you work
towards doable goals to get momentum going and strength to KEEP it going! And I will leave the Facebook group up another week after the Challenge closes to answer
questions and to encourage each other to keep going even after the Challenge officially ends.
We’ll kick it all off on Monday, November 30 at 8pm EST on Zoom where I can see your beautiful faces and we can interact with each other! (It will be recorded for those who
can’t make it live). Then we’ll “officially” start on Tuesday, December 1. I’ll share all the goodies in the private Facebook group AND after the Challenge it will be available for you to access
the material at my Teachable “school”–YES! You get LIFETIME access! So you can go through this Challenge as many times as you want! The Facebook group is only for a limited
time, but I will enable comments on the course so you can ask questions and share your successes there with me!
We’ll wrap up with a CELEBRATION Zoom call on Thursday, December 17 at 8pm EST! (Also will be recorded if you can’t make it live!) Sound like fun? Like a great way to build

During the Challenge everything will be in a Units section in the Facebook group so it will be easy to find, even if you can only come in once a day. But
DO plan to get in there at least once daily to get in on the fun as well as the workouts and tips!
