Proper alignment is key to inch loss and protecting joints.  Our bodies get used to poor posture which carries over into our workouts.  Intentional focus on alignment in your workouts can reverse bad habits and carry over into your daily life!


Form encompasses how you execute the actual moves in a workout. Once you have proper alignment, form is easier! Alignment and form are both important to maximize the next component…

Once alignment and form are in place, activating muscles to your personal max is easier!  These 3 components become the foundation of results– inside and out!

The Schedule

8:45 – 9:15 AM  Registration

9:15 – 9:30 AM  Taking measurements (optional)

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM  Session 1— Fitness Fusion!

During this session we will slowly go through Basic Workout, adding fascia fitness techniques to create an exciting Fitness Fusion!

12:00 – 1:00 PM  Lunch 

List of area restaurants available. There also may be an option to order lunch and have it delivered! Or you are welcome to bring your own lunch. I will do a demo on body and face brushing, too!

1:00 – 2:30 PM 
Session 2—  Chair Champions!

Can you lose inches in a CHAIR?! Oh YES you CAN! Join me for this session to see how to get that alignment, form and muscle activation– and even sweat in a chair! You’ll find out why I’m known as the Chair Queen! 😉

2:30 – 2:45 Break (because we’ll need it!)

2:45 – 3:15  Session 3– Step Away Those Inches!

Supercharge your stepping, indoors or out! 

3:15 – 3:30 PM Break

3:30 – 5:00 Session 4– Sneaky Fit and Q&A

We’ll wrap up the day with tips to “sneak in fitness” and have time for you to ask any questions you have.

Master T-Tapp Trainer of 12+ years, Christian Health Coach for 9 years, I am passionate about helping women look and feel their best–transformation inside and out!

I specialize in adapting exercise to the chair so everyone can move to feel better and yes, even lose inches! My other qualifications: ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Corrective Exercise Specialist, and ISSA Glute Specialist. I also have my double MA–that’s MAMA to 9 beautiful children! 😉

What to bring?   Plenty of water and a hand towel.  Notebook and pen for taking notes.  A smile and a readiness to learn and have fun!


What to wear?  Comfortable clothing, yet form-fitting enough to enable me to better evaluate your form.  Good, supportive cross-trainer shoes with enough room to flex toes are best.  A light jacket or sweatshirt for cooling down times during lunch and Q&A would also be good.


Discounts! DVDs will be available for purchase the day of the clinic and you will receive a discount code after the clinic to purchase my video class packages!


Cancellation policy: Refunds will be 50% for cancellations after March 11, except in case of emergency. Please note that if you need to cancel for reasons other than an emergency, cancellation fees can possibly be used for other training options with me. Please contact me via phone or email as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
