If you purchased Defeating Diastasis during the 2019 Cyber Week sale, you can participate in the LIVE Facebook group and gain access to new material for the duration of the LIVE course! (May 19-September 7).  I will be adding the most popular wish-item–going “straight through” 2-4 techniques/moves so you can get more in!  (AFTER you go through the slower instructional version! 😉 )  I’ll also be doing Q&A calls where I will demonstrate with further instruction anything you have questions on, and I’ll be giving little tips along the way as we work through the program together!
