Creating Consistency for Success

As a certified Master T-Tapp Trainer and certified Fresh Start Coach, I would love to help you meet your fitness and wellness goals with a weekly check-in via Skype or phone!

First we’ll have a 30 minute consultation call where we will define the main goals you want to work on during the month, for your T-Tapp workouts and/or your healthier eating and lifestyle choices.  Then we’ll create a few action steps for you to follow for the next week.  At the next check-in, we’ll discuss what’s working and what’s not and create new action steps for the next week.  During the last call we will take a few extra minutes to create a “where do I go from here” plan—tailored just for you!

Weekly calls can be done via Skype (if you like to see who you’re talking to!) or phone.  I may be able to do Google Hangouts if you don’t have or prefer to not do Skype.

One month of support including 5 calls (1 consultation call and 4 weekly check-in calls), solid action steps, and e-mail access if you have questions between calls– all for $75!
