Tidbits on Trisch

I am a homeschooling mama of 9, living on a mini-farm, making music with my family and married to a wonderfully supportive guy! I assure you I do not have much time to spend exercising–BUT, with T-Tapp, I have lost 9 sizes and over 50 lbs, all without dieting!! Best of all, I have gained health, stamina, and look much younger than my age – I’m even often taken as one of my daughters’ sisters! (Who doesn’t want that?)

I’m also a T-Tapp Trainer, because I remember what I used to feel like, and I want to do all I can to help you, so you can be the best YOU possible. No matter what your age, T-Tapp can change your life!

    Dear Trisch,
I was so encouraged to see another conservative woman doing T-Tapp and actually a TRAINER, to boot.. Do i dare think that i could too?!
I am so sore today after doing T-Tapp more and T-Tapp Broom Sunday.. I have been doing it for over a week now. I am 45 with 7 children. Married to my guy for 24 years. He was just recently diagnosed with a benign brain tumor ( of the pituitary), so, i though T-tapp would help relieve some major stress and depression , as well. In starting Ttapp i think i pinched a nerve as i am am having periodic pain in my left big toe (Tiffany talked to Thersa and gave me several pointers! πŸ™‚ )
well, i have my 18 month old in my lap now , so, better go.. blessings to you.. Paula Lucas

You know what Teresa says, “YES YOU CAN!”

I never thought 5 years ago I could be where I am today! I’m sorry about your husband’s tumor. I will keep him and you in my prayers!

I know T-Tapp does help with stress and keeping those good hormones high that help us feel good and able to face life’s challenges. Glad you got some pointers on your toe! Usually it’s from gripping with our feet–yes, I’m guilty, too! :p

HUGS to you as you care for your family!

Could you tell me what you do for clothing when you work out? I wear loose at the bottom exercise pants and usually a short sleeve top.. Skirts just do not work for me or my daughter, short or long…but, the headcovering keeps the hair in place!! πŸ™‚

I’m excited to get back into T-Tapp. I started it a few months ago after we started our new homeschool year I stopped. I need to add it into our routine somehow!

That’s great, Jenny! Just think 2-3 moves a day to start–that makes it more doable when you have a busy schedule! πŸ™‚

Just found your site:)..very encouraging I have been ttapping for 8 days and can truly tell a difference. I too, am a homesteading mama of 5 on a small farm. I have been praying for answers to get in shape and to help ease the stiffness and pain I began having over this winter. I am 45. I do to tap in my dress/skirt ALWAYS:)…….I will look further on your site..but is seems you eat just a healthy balanced way? Can you give some ideas of meals you make for you and your family. Please forgive me if I am just missing it here.
    God bless!

We try to eat in a more balanced way! LOL! Right now it’s a bit crazy as we gear up for the 4-H and county fair! I will be sharing more about eating in the next month or so–so hang tight! πŸ™‚

Just wanted to let you know how much of a constant encouragement you’ve been for everyone on the facebook t-tapp group. I don’t comment often, but I do see your heart for the girls there and I wanted to encourage you in your labor of love.

I believe the Lord led me to t-tapp. And, I’m thankful that He’s put people like you there to help me along the way. Be blessed!!!!
