This week, the giveaway is the Target POP (Points of Perfection) for LadyBugs! LadyBugs is a great move to help with hormones! Always warm up with Organs in Place first.
I used to do the LadyBug move nightly and it really does help PMS and other hormonal issues! My dear friend Bev also found it helpful (not sure if she’s still doing them nightly or not–maybe she’ll comment and share!).
LadyBugs is also good for the rib-to-hip area–where we tend to “spread like a ladybug” during the perimenopausal and menopausal years!
I’ve also included a homemade sugar scrub! Full of good-for-your-skin ingredients–brown sugar, evaporated cane juice, turbinado sugar, sweet almond and sunflower oils, vanilla extract–with touches of jasmine and ylang ylang essential oils. One of my favorite combinations!
Here’s what the sugar scrub looks like inside (it’s fuller than this–I didn’t think to take a pic before I tied the bow on, so this is another jar with the “leftovers”!)
Interested?! 🙂
To enter the giveaway:
1. Blog it! Facebook it! Tweet it! E-mail it! Or, just tell a friend somehow, someway. You may comment and tell me what all you did or do a separate comment for each, and you may do this DAILY!
2. Leave a comment telling why you’d like to have this giveaway–basically I want you to tell me why YOU are WORTH it! 🙂 (Back to those positive statements!) If you need help getting started, you could say, “I want to help balance my hormones and work on my lower body, and I’d love the sugar scrub to pamper myself!” (Yes, you have permission to use that or a variation!)
3. If you haven’t already, go to my Be Youthful ‘n Fit facebook page and “like” it, or “share” it (or a post from it).
4. What is your biggest challenge with T-Tapp? Schedule, understanding the workout, a particular move, losing form, etc. Share in a comment.
This giveaway will run from today until midnight next Wednesday. I’ll announce the winner next Thursday AND announce the next giveaway! Yes, I have one more up my sleeve!
Have fun! And remember–YOU are WORTH it!

Oh, the Ladybug move is excellent. I haven’t done it in awhile, but I remember the benefits. It does target where we spread, it stretches the pelvic area and opens and drains some emotions trapped there.
I FB’t it!! 😀
I MUST have the POP for Ladybug! 😀
Oh wait…didn’t finish that above thought! I need to balance my hormones. :). And that sugar scrub is fabulous! Would love to pamper myself.
I’m still learning the various TTapp moves, so this would be a great addition to my collection. I’ve not yet hit menopause, but am on my way there :), so would like to be “armed and ready”!
One of the problems I have had learning TTapp is just getting the basics of the move down. I can imitate Teresa, but sometimes have trouble understanding what muscles I should be activating. Once I understand where the target area(s) is, it makes it easier for me to concentrate on getting it right. I am concerned about just doing the routine without doing it property, thereby losing some of the inherent benefit of the moves. I’m reading through the Fit & Fabulous book right now and hoping that that will help me understand the focus/point of each move she has.
I usually walk and do TWO every other day. The ladybug area is my most resistant and really the only place left to reshape. The video sounds perfect. I have never tried a sugar scrub and would like to try it. I am sorry I am not on Facebook, but I like your website. A challenge with t-tapp is to continue improving. Thank you for the thoughtful and interesting give aways.
Yes, that LadyBug area is stubborn! I had the most trouble there, too. Keep those ribs up–it really helps! Thanks for your kind words!

Hi Trisch! How funny that I JUST sent a message to a friend who lives in Indiana about YOU and then came here and saw this. I would LOVE to win the Ladybug POP DVD because I think all the stress since my dh’s accident in October has really whacked out my hormones. I have been trying to slowly get back to MORE and get things back under control so I can get rid of my BELLY fat! I would love to win your sugar scrub because my girls and I were just talking about trying some recipes from Pinterest to make our own.
I really appreciate you and how you give so much of yourself on the T-tapp forums. You have encouraged me on so many levels over the years. 🙂 I wish I lived close enough to attend one of your workshops. I wish you the BEST! 🙂 Now, I’m off to *like* your FB page! I had no idea you were *there*. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by, Polly! I’m so glad you are feeling better–I know how hard it is on us when our husbands get hurt! :p
I hope to meet your Hoosier friend! 🙂

Hi Trisch,
I am so excited about t tapp! All the exercises I have tried from youtube or from the book have been amazing!!! I have been sharing with friends already and they are so thrilled with the potential! I really want to see how this can change my life and then I can share that with them! I have struggled with hormone imbalance as well as some of the other health things mentioned in the book that have been helped. I would love to do the Ladybug, as well as share the scrub with my daughters! Love your website and have really enjoyed reading more about you 🙂 see you tomorrow
Looking forward to seeing you!
After my baby is born, I know I’ll need help with hormonal imbalance! I’ve never tried Ladybug.

My biggest challenge is finding motivation to exercise when I’m pregnant.
Sometimes it’s hard to find motivation to do anything when we’re pregnant, Gena! 🙂
I’ll see if I can post about motivation soon!
HUGS!
Wow, I don’t know anything about the Ladybug-but that is definitely the area I need some help with! And I would love to try your sugar scrub.
Thoroughly enjoyed today- the exercises, all of the tips gained from much experience, all the advice, conversation about the Lord, and your willingness to share, and time you gave! Thank you soooo much!!!! I have shared some of it with my friend, and will be showing her some of the basic form tonight. I would love to have any help that is available!!! Thank you sooo much!
So glad you could make it, Marie! Glad you can share with your friend, too!
HUGS!

I’d like to win the LadyBug disc because l find it hard to focus on form during the LadyBug exercise when it’s going so fast on the disc. And the sugar scrub must smell wonderful!
I’d love to work more on the Lady Bug area which my body seems to love to keep while the rest is shaping up. The POP sounds wonderful!
Keeping the core activated seems to be my biggest struggle and feeling muscle activation there because of my c-sections.
I’ve always wanted to try a good sugar scrub! I know my kids would ask if it was GAPS legal, lol.. Also, I love the LadyBug, and it would be nive to be able to do the POP.
LOL! No, not GAPS legal for the inside! HaHa!
I liked your Facebook Page. It looks great!
Thanks, Misty!
My biggest challenge with T-Tapp recent was being on bedrest! I am too weak to get back on it right now, but after I recover from the upcoming birth, I hope to get started with MORE,, and work up from there!
Good place to start! 😉
I told a friend about your giveaway!
I tweeted about your giveaway.
