I’ve been busy this week! Taught some T-Tappers in Ft. Wayne on Monday, worked the polls Tuesday, and have been spending the past few days working on some projects!
One of my projects is starting a fun (hopefully!) holiday program over on the T-Tapp forums. It’s a way to help have accountability during that time of year that threatens to sabotage the good habits we established the rest of the year!
Here is the link if you’d like to join us!
Next week I have a new way to get your vitamin C in as well as a review of a new product that has become quite popular–Nerium AD. Have a great weekend!

Thanks for taking time to do this, Trisch. I’m excited to have the accountability and hopefully get the last little bit of inches off and on the road to healthy. 🙂
Have a blessed weekend!
Glad to help, Crystal! Just remember it’s all a tool–so don’t let the tool beat you up! 😉
I find the holidays are the absolute BEST time to recommit to my plan if I’ve been lax and set new fitness goals. I have a definite date in mind, which is nice for short term challenges, and it keeps me on track through the haze of busyness and food to have clear goals in mind. As a bonus, between Halloween and Christmas I can drop serious pounds AND gain real strength when I am dedicated, as I have been in the past and am doing this year. It’s such a mental help to have a ‘plan’ I’m operating under, and makes it easier to say no to random holiday eating or laziness.
Love it!
Good strategy, Taryl! Thank you for sharing!
